Revelation Wellness

Monday evening | 7:00p | CoEd | 20s-30s

Join us this fall as we launch a new ministry aimed at getting healthy and whole! Revelation Wellness offers boot-camp style workout classes geared toward faith THEN fitness. When we shift the focus from vanity to holy wholeness, workouts take on a new meaning. Moving in worship allows us a space to do just that. I hope you’ll join me on this journey! Our instructor is a certified Revelation Wellness® Fitness Instructor. The training included 260 hours of bible studies; anatomy, choreography and strength training classes; and a week-long intensive retreat.

Breakfast & Biking

Saturday Morning | 8:30a | Heights Biking Trail

Come meet us on Saturday mornings for a delicious breakfast (with a time for prayer and fellowship), followed by a fun bike ride on Houston’s awesome bike trails!  This is a moderate paced bike ride on paved trails throughout town.  You do not have to be Lance Armstrong to do this ride, just bring your bike and the desire to be active.

Holy Yoga

Holy Yoga is an experiential worship created to deepen people’s connection to Christ. The purpose of this class is to facilitate a Christ honoring experience that offers an opportunity to believers and nonbelievers alike to authentically connect to God through His Word, worship, and wellness. No commitment, no registration, no experience, and no membership required! Open to men and women of all ages.
