Centering Prayer Hour

Centering prayer is a silent, contemplative prayer where we turn our hearts to Him and say “not my will but yours be done”. It is the opening of the mind and heart to the Lord. This method of prayer is a movement beyond conversation with Christ to deeper communion with Him. To all that is chaotic in you, let there come silence. It doesn't matter if you are advanced in these practices or have never heard of them before! We aim to both teach beginners while engaging with experts in these ancient practices. If you want to dive deeper in your prayer life and set aside time to meditate on God and His Holy Word this is a wonderful step.
