This fall, The Story is launching a monthly serve day with our Strategic Partner organization LifeHouse of Houston! We will serve with them every third Saturday of the month from 10 to 11:30am.
During our time, we will gather together with current residents at LifeHouse. This will be a time of fellowship where we will share a meal, participate in an activity, and offer prayer and encouragement during this vulnerable time. This is a great opportunity to share the love of Jesus with these soon to be mothers.

Due to the confidential nature of their work, a background check and training is required for volunteers. Training is a trauma-informed care and abuse awareness video training.
This service opportunity is open to WOMEN ONLY. Kids & teens are able to serve with their mothers. Further details, including the location address, will be sent upon completion of the requirements and a signed confidentiality agreement.
