Women’s Retreat with Wendy Speake

You're invited to join us on Saturday, May 11 (10am-2:30pm) for a special women's retreat, featuring author and speaker Wendy Speake! This retreat is open to women of all ages and lifestages, and will include time for worship and prayer, two teaching sessions with Wendy, coffee and snacks, a catered lunch, and activities to help encourage us in our faith.

Wendy will be sharing two talks based on her "SHINE" curriculum:
We were made by The Light of the World to be His light in our world today. He saved us from the dominion of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of Light… and then he called us to shine as light-bright ambassadors! Unfortunately, most of us struggle to understand what that even means, what it should look like, and how we are to do it. We struggle with feelings of inadequacy, certain that we have already disqualified ourselves before we even begin. And we are afraid! So afraid to open our mouths and testify to the The Light of the World shining in our lives. SHINE will equip you to share your testimony with others and be a light to every person you encounter.
